FRANK MONTELEONE
In 2005, Frank Monteleone founded Full Armor Films, a development and production company focused on original, independent film and television. As an actor, writer and director, he’s played an integral role in the creation of features, documentaries and short series showcasing creativity and strategic partnership at the forefront. Alongside Full Armor’s credits, Frank also devotes his time to philanthropic efforts fostering a strong community for artists and creators in New Orleans, LA.

TODD LEWIS
Todd has produced over 25 feature films and television shows, in all budget ranges, including most recently, Pink Marine (series), Renfield (feature), Your Honor (series), and Home Team (feature).
He has extensive experience in production management and a proven track record of overseeing day-to-day operations on set, managing schedules, budgets, and cast and crew to ensure seamless production execution.

JASON WAGGENSPACK
Jason has been in the film and television industry in Louisiana for over 20 years. He worked on some of the biggest movies in the state as a location manager, and has independently produced several projects through his company Neutral Ground Films.
Currently he helms The Ranch, one of the largest studios in the state, and leads legislative efforts to sustain the film program as the president of Film Louisiana.
